In a Higball glass, without ice, add:

1 shot vodka
1 shot coffee liqueur
1 squirt cola

Carefully fill with Hockley Stout

Enjoy!

In a chilled pint glass,

½ fill with sparkling apple cider

then top up with Hockley Stout.

Suzie’s Hockley Black & Tan Cheese Fondue

This will surprise you! It makes a boatload, but is sooo good.

Ingredients

1 lb white cheddar
1 lb swiss
2 tbsp flour
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Hockley Black & Tan

Directions

Heat beer and garlic to almost simmering.
Shred cheese, coat with flour.
Slowly melt cheese into beer.
Serve with crusty bread.
Enjoy!

Cathy’s Hockley Dark BBQ Sauce

This yummy sauce is so easy to make, but so delicious!! It’s great on short ribs.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Chili Sauce
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 can Hockley Dark

Directions

Simmer, uncovered, over
medium heat for 15-20
minutes until thickened.
Enjoy!
