HOCKLEY GOURMET

AMBER & LIME GRILLED CHICKEN

Brought to you by our founder, Tom Smellie, from the wilds of Thunder Beach, Ontario. 

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 lime, juiced

1 can (473 ml) Hockley Amber

1 teaspoon honey

3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

salt and pepper to taste

Mix Hockley Amber, lime juice, honey, cilantro, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken to marinade, cover, and find something else to do for 1 to 4 hours.

Fire up the grill. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and place on the grill. Cook until juices run clear (about 8 minutes each side). Discard remaining marinade.

The only thing better than eating it is enjoying a Hockley while you wait.
