HOCKLEY AMBER PUB SPREAD

1 250 gram package cream cheese 

1⁄4 cup butter, softened 

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 

1 teaspoon grated horseradish

2 to 3 drops hots sauce 

1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper 

1⁄4 cup Hockley Amber 

1 250 gram package sharp, cold pack cheddar cheese

Blend all ingredients together, then pack into desired serving dish and chill. Garnish with paprika and chopped walnuts.
