SPICY GRILLED AMBER CHICKEN

Created by John Miles of Hockley for foodies who dig a little kick.

1 chicken breast, skinned

1 can (473 ml) Hockley Amber

1 tablespoon ground chili pepper

Marinate chicken with full can of Hockley Amber for 6 hours. Fire up the grill and cook to internal temperature of 170°F. Eat it with any side you like and a cold Hockley Amber.

If you can’t take the heat, try another recipe.
